Hertz is seeking a data-driven professional to drive the development of high-impact data assets and decision tools powering commercial growth. You will create scalable data products and insights to strengthen premium offerings, build customer trust, and optimize unit revenue.

This onsite role in Brookhaven, GA requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in data engineering/analytics, with AWS, Python, Tableau, Databricks, SAS, SQL, and Excel experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Minimum 2 years in Data Engineering, Data Management or Data Analysis.
• Experience enabling AWS technology to support business reports.
• Proficiency in Python, R, Tableau, Databricks, SAS, SQL and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify commercial priorities and deliver timely, reliable solutions.
• Define and build data models turning unstructured data into insights.
• Lead design and creation of new commercial data sources (clickstream, scraping, channel interactions).
• Implement Databricks for business data analysis and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into usable data solutions with IT partners.
• Manage corporate reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as SME for multiple data sets/tools.
• Design and implement Tableau dashboards to identify revenue opportunities.
• Communicate complex topics clearly and provide training on data tools.
