BEEU Infotech Limited is seeking a Product Manager for our billing platform. Draft detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; clearly define the problem, proposed solution, user flows, and success metrics. Collaborate with the engineering team from ideation to launch.

You will lead UAT, deliver product demonstrations to customers, collect feedback for the roadmap, support the sales team with datasheets and FAQs, and define and track KPIs to measure success and drive improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Draft detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
• Clearly define the problem, proposed solution, user flows, and success metrics.
• Work closely with the engineering team throughout the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and product demos.
• Serve as a key contact for the engineering team regarding product requirements and priorities.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that delivered features meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
• Deliver product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the value proposition and key features of our billing platform.
• Tailor demonstrations to specific customer needs and use cases.
• Gather feedback from customers and prospects during presales activities and incorporate it into the product roadmap and development process.
• Assist in creating product presentations, datasheets, and FAQs to support the sales team.
• Assist in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to iterate on existing features and inform future product development.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer support, and finance, to ensure product success.
• Communicate product updates, roadmap changes, and launch plans to internal and external stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and partners to understand their needs and gather feedback.
• Assist in defining and championing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our billing platform, in alignment with company objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Help prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic goals.
