Job summary

Innova Solutions seeks a Product Owner for the Observe to Agent (O2A) Platform on a 6-month contract-to-hire in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH). Lead strategy to translate video captures into executable agentic workflows and automation code.

Own the end-to-end O2A strategy across video capture, telemetry, persona config, clickstream processing, and data collection, collaborating with AI engineering and data science to drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital product management.
• Technical expertise in multimodal machine learning, generative AI workflows, and automation design.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and technical teams, shaping strategy and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, vision, and enterprise-scale development of the Observe to Agent platform.
• Define and scale the enterprise Observe capability and operating model.
• Own end-to-end strategy for Observe, spanning video capture, telemetry ingestion, persona configuration, clickstream processing, and data collection.
• Own the product vision, roadmap, and multi-release plan for the Video to Code pipeline and agent creation ecosystem.
• Partner with Tech and SkanAI to define seamless transitions across stages from data capture to agent execution.
