Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is seeking a Product Owner for AI & Agentforce Delivery to oversee customer-facing Agentforce and AI implementations. Qualifications

• 5+ years as a delivery leader overseeing AI-related implementations on Salesforce or AWS.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication to audiences of all levels.
• Experience working in a professional services/consulting environment.
• Experience leading delivery as project manager or scrum leader.
• Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting.
• Certified Salesforce Admin + Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall delivery of targeted Agentforce delivery projects, acting as product owner to oversee and shape the overall solution and project manager to manage day to day work and customer relationships.
• Act as a thought leader for our customers, guiding the customer and NeuraFlash team in the definition of use cases and business outcomes.
• Smoothly transition customers from the sales process to project delivery, including reviewing SOW and partner-funding POs, defining project roles and onboarding.
• Plan, monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule to keep projects on track.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for the client and focus on building strong customer relationships.
• Facilitate or co-lead status meetings with project team, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Manage NeuraFlash project team members in the delivery of the solution.
• Readout outcomes for live solutions prior to project closeout.

We are hiring for a Product Owner, AI & Agentforce Delivery with a strong understanding of Salesforce & AI solutions who will manage and support customer-facing Agentforce and AI implementation projects as well as internal initiatives to create supporting assets and solutions. The ideal candidate has the ability to plan and think strategically, as well as dive into project details to manage the project on the ground. You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Manage overall delivery of targeted Agentforce delivery projects, acting as product owner to oversee and shape the overall solution and project manager to manage day to day work and customer relationships. You will:

• Readout documented and measured outcomes for live solutions prior to project closeout


• Actively drive and participate in Agentforce Division internal initiatives to foster innovation and efficiencies through development of reusable assets and solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a delivery leader overseeing AI-related implementation of business solutions on Salesforce or AWS platform across all phases of project delivery


• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all levels


• Experience working in a professional services/consulting environment


• Experience leading delivery as project manager or scrum leader


• Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting


• Certified Salesforce Admin + Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications


• Demonstrated track record of writing SOWs and Change Requests and managing scope
