Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is seeking a Functional Lead, AI & Agentforce Delivery with strong Salesforce & AI expertise to manage and deliver AI-powered projects. You will guide the project from kickoff to closeout, oversee client relationships, and ensure successful outcomes leveraging Agentforce and related tools.

The role requires strategic thinking, hands-on project management, and experience in a professional services setting. Remote and in-person collaboration across the US is supported.

Qualifications

• Delivery leadership overseeing AI implementations on Salesforce or AWS.
• Verbal and written communication at all levels.
• Experience in professional services/consulting.
• Leadership as project manager or scrum lead.
• Experience with estimation, sizing, SOW and Change Orders.
• Salesforce Admin + Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certifications.
• Proven ability to draft SOWs and manage scope.

• Lead overall delivery of Agentforce and AI projects and manage client relationships.
• Act as functional lead, shaping the solution and day-to-day project execution.
• Review SOWs, funding POs, define project roles and kickoff activities.
• Plan and monitor scope, schedule, and budgets to keep projects on track.
• Maintain primary day-to-day client contact and build strong relationships.
• Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders.
• Mentor NeuraFlash team members delivering the solution.
• Readout outcomes for live solutions before closeout.
• Stay informed on internal initiatives to foster innovation.

We are hiring for a Functional Lead, AI & Agentforce Delivery with a strong understanding of Salesforce & AI solutions who will manage and support customer-facing Agentforce and AI implementation projects, in particular implementation projects leveraging NeuraFlash products and solution accelerators. The ideal candidate has the ability to plan and think strategically, as well as dive into project details to manage the project on the ground. The AI & Agentforce Functional Lead is professional and confident in front of critical customer stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a strong analytical, consultative mindset and thrive in an agile environment. They will also have AI tooling experience to leverage in project delivery. You’ll have the opportunity to:

Manage overall delivery of Agentforce and AI implementation projects, in particular implementation projects leveraging NeuraFlash products and solution accelerators. You will act as functional lead on the project to oversee and shape the overall solution and manage day to day work and customer relationships. You will:

• Act as a “thought leader” for our customers, guiding the customer and NeuraFlash team in the definition of use cases and business outcomes
• Smoothly transition customers from the sales process to project delivery. This includes: Reviewing the SOW and any partner-funding POs, defining project roles and responsibilities for kick off, and facilitating kick off and client onboarding
• Plan, monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure project stays on track for assigned client projects
• Act as primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and the operational aspects of the project, including a focus on building strong customer relationships
• Facilitate or co-lead with customer project manager regular status meetings with project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders
• Manage NeuraFlash project team members in the delivery of the solution
• Readout documented and measured outcomes for live solutions prior to project closeout
• Stay informed on Agentic Division internal initiatives, products, and solutions to foster innovation and efficiencies on your projects

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a delivery leader overseeing AI-related implementation of business solutions on Salesforce or AWS platform across all phases of project delivery
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all levels
• Experience working in a professional services/consulting environment
• Experience leading delivery as project manager or scrum leader
• Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting
• Certified Salesforce Admin + Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications
• Demonstrated track record of writing SOWs and Change Requests and managing scope

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or Management
