NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is seeking a Product Owner, AI & Agentforce Delivery to lead and shape customer‑facing Agentforce and AI implementation projects while supporting internal initiatives. You will plan strategically and manage delivery day‑to‑day with agile focus and strong stakeholder engagement.

The role requires Salesforce and AI solution experience, excellent communication, and a proven delivery leadership track record in professional services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering AI-related implementations on Salesforce or AWS
• Strong communication across all levels

• Experience with estimation, SOWs and change orders
• Salesforce Admin + Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certifications
• Experience writing SOWs and managing scope

We are hiring for a Product Owner, AI & Agentforce Delivery with a strong understanding of Salesforce & AI solutions who will manage and support customer-facing Agentforce and AI implementation projects as well as internal initiatives to create supporting assets and solutions. The ideal candidate has the ability to plan and think strategically, as well as dive into project details to manage the project on the ground. The AI & Agentforce Delivery Product Owner is professional and confident in front of critical customer stakeholders. You'll have the opportunity to:

Manage overall delivery of targeted Agentforce delivery projects, acting as product owner to oversee and shape the overall solution and project manager to manage day to day work and customer relationships. You will:

• Act as a “thought leader” for our customers, guiding the customer and NeuraFlash team in the definition of use cases and business outcomes
• Smoothly transition customers from the sales process to project delivery. This includes: Reviewing the SOW and any partner-funding POs, defining project roles and responsibilities for kick off, and facilitating kick off and client onboarding
• Plan, monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure project stays on track for assigned client projects
• Act as primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and the operational aspects of the project, including a focus on building strong customer relationships
• Facilitate or co-lead with customer project manager regular status meetings with project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders
• Manage NeuraFlash project team members in the delivery of the solution
• Readout documented and measured outcomes for live solutions prior to project closeout
• Actively drive and participate in Agentforce Division internal initiatives to foster innovation and efficiencies through development of reusable assets and solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a delivery leader overseeing AI-related implementation of business solutions on Salesforce or AWS platform across all phases of project delivery
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all levels
• Experience working in a professional services/consulting environment
• Experience leading delivery as project manager or scrum leader
• Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting
• Certified Salesforce Admin + Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications
• Demonstrated track record of writing SOWs and Change Requests and managing scope

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or Management
