Job summary

ITW, a global industrial company, seeks a Product Owner for Alpine to drive roadmap execution and backlog prioritization within an Agile environment. You will translate business strategy into actionable plans and partner with Product Management, Marketing, Support, and Engineering to ensure high-quality releases that meet customer needs.

The role requires 4+ years as a Product Owner or similar, CSPO preferred, and a strong balance of technical and business acumen to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a comparable discipline.
• 4+ years’ experience as Product Owner or similar role with a development team.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred.
• Software product strategy and management experience with demonstrated value delivery.
• Experience leading software product development in an Agile environment (Scrum/SAFe).

Responsibilities

• Own execution of the product roadmap for a focus area.
• Translate strategy into actionable development plans.
• Collaborate with UX/UI and engineering teams daily.
• Facilitate agile events (standups, planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Coordinate with support/implementation for releases.
• Ensure backlog is prioritized with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
