Job summary

Telligen is seeking a Product Owner to lead customer voice and business needs within an Agile delivery team. You will translate market needs into clear product requirements and guide software development for high-value capabilities in healthcare operations.

You will collaborate with other product owners to develop the product roadmap and ensure delivery of a high-quality product, balancing stakeholder input with feasible scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Healthcare or related discipline; equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a software development environment defining business requirements or equivalent business analysis experience.
• Experience with process mapping and developing prototypes/mockups.
• Strong decision making and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Business workflow definition or similar.
• Strong leadership and teaming skills.
• Understanding of Agile software development.

As a Product Owner at Telligen, you will serve as the primary voice of the customer and business within an Agile delivery team and is accountable for ensuring the team works on the highest-value capabilities. You are responsible for translating customer and market needs into clear product requirements that guide the software development team. The ideal candidate combines strong Agile product ownership skills with an understanding of healthcare technology, population health management, Medicaid, or related healthcare operations.

This position will work on a team of Product Owners to develop the product roadmap.
