Demonstrates complete knowledge of product-ownership principles, agile delivery, and backlog management within their domain. Assesses non-routine delivery situations and applies analytical problem-solving to identify root causes and prioritization tradeoffs, resolving a range of issues independently. A fully qualified, experienced contributor.
Works on problems of diverse scope where backlog prioritization, dependency management, and delivery decisions require evaluating multiple competing factors. Devises solutions from limited information and adapts existing approaches; work is largely self-directed and reviewed at critical delivery milestones.
Builds relationships with senior partners across engineering, QA, compliance, and customer success who may not know product-delivery specifics - often requiring persuasion. Adapts communication for technical and non-technical audiences and advises stakeholders on delivery tradeoffs.
