Job summary

Point C Health is seeking a detail-oriented Product Owner to drive product vision and backlog in a fast-paced Agile environment. You will own the JIRA backlog, write clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and collaborate with clients, operations, compliance, engineering, QA, and leadership to deliver regulatory-aligned solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in an Agile environment.
• Strong hands-on JIRA experience with backlog management, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical deliverables and detailed user stories.
• Knowledge of healthcare technology, operations, or regulated environments is preferred.

Point C is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Product Owner to support the delivery of innovative solutions within the healthcare cost containment space. This role will drive product vision, backlog management, and execution in a fast paced Agile environment. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on JIRA experience, excels at translating business needs into clearly defined user stories, and can effectively partner with engineering, QA, operations, and compliance teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product backlog in JIRA, prioritizing features, enhancements, and defects aligned to business value and strategic objectives
• Write clear, concise user stories with measurable acceptance criteria to guide engineering and QA teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (clients, operations, compliance, engineering, QA, leadership) to gather, refine, and document requirements
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and related Agile ceremonies
• Define product roadmap and release plans in alignment with business and regulatory priorities
• Ensure delivered features meet business objectives, operational needs, and healthcare regulatory requirements
• Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and efficiency improvements
• Partner with QA to validate acceptance criteria and ensure high-quality product releases
• Track metrics, risks, and delivery progress; provide clear status updates to leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications :

• 3-7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in an Agile environment
• Strong hands-on experience with JIRA, including backlog management, workflows, dashboards, and reporting
• Demonstrated experience writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint execution
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical deliverables
• Experience in healthcare technology, healthcare operations, or regulated environments strongly preferred
• Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.

Pay Transparency $90,000 - $100,000 USD
