Position Overview

The Product Owner will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that the development team delivers high-quality features that align with client needs and business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of software development processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate about product development and committed to delivering value to users.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with One NOCode’s overall business objectives and market needs.
• Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the development team is focused on delivering high-value features and enhancements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, developers, and designers, to gather requirements and understand user needs, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Sprint Planning: Participate in sprint planning meetings, ensuring that the team understands the priorities and objectives for each sprint and facilitating discussions on feature implementation.
• User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions, continuously iterating on the product to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities, using insights to drive product development and positioning.
• Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product and monitor progress against these metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure effective product launches and ongoing support for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in product ownership or product management, preferably in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of low-code development platforms and JavaScript technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience in gathering and interpreting user feedback and market data.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) to facilitate product development processes.
