We are currently searching for qualified candidates for a Product Owner role. Please see the details for the position below.

Title :

Product Owner

Location :

Remote within the US

Responsibilities :

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving and defining the requirements of new products and services within our company. You'll have a solid grasp on product ownership tools and techniques, backlog management and prioritization, and Agile / Scrum methodologies to deliver a high-quality product that increases company revenue.

Specific Responsibilities will include :
  1. Establishing initiatives that align with the Product Vision and organizational goals
  2. Building Roadmaps to represent capabilities and delivery cadence to realize value for the business
  3. Ensuring the roadmap balances new feature development, standards compliance, accessibility, product architecture evolution, and technical debt remediation
  4. Communicating sequencing and timing of feature delivery aligned with market and business needs
  5. Creating product acceptance criteria that incorporate business benefit value
  6. Collaborating with the business to determine value, trade-offs, and paths to realization
  7. Describing and communicating product releases to the market
  8. Managing product goals, personas, user story mapping, backlog, BVRs, value proposition canvas, roadmap, sprint planning/review, and releases
The Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Agile methodologies related to Product Ownership
  • Strong understanding of Agile, technical products, and industry standards
  • Commitment to the craft of Product Ownership
  • Understanding of the product and software development lifecycle
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across technical and business teams
  • Comfort working with in-house, remote, and international teams
  • Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha, Azure
  • Customer analysis experience is beneficial
