• Act as Product Owner within a growing team, helping to shape product direction and drive feature development from conception to release.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and leadership to implement a proprietary ERP platform for financial services clients.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories to support development and delivery cycles.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups to ensure effective delivery of product features.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and align the product roadmap with business goals.

• Serve as a technical liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, especially in interpreting complex technical requirements.

Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of experience in product ownership or product management roles.
• Prior experience working in or with financial technology (fintech) organizations strongly preferred.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles, including general ledger reconciliation and fund management, especially donor-advised funds (DAFs), is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or Technical Product Manager, able to bridge the gap between product vision and engineering execution.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in a fully remote, cross-functional team environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage team and contribute to foundational product development processes.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the opportunity to influence and build within a scaling organization.
• No travel required; candidates may reside anywhere in the U.S.
