As a Product Owner III within PNC's Retail Product Management and Delivery organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh or other locations within PNC's footprint.

This role will be focused on the PNC Voice Banking (Interactive Voice Response, IVR) channel that handles over 100 million customer contacts annually. We are seeking a Product Owner who can work with key business leaders and partners to shape and drive successful execution and delivery of our near-term Authentication roadmap. You will work directly with a dedicated crew of developers to build and enhance our Voice Banking authentication capabilities, as well as collaborate with other crews on integration opportunities. This role requires an understanding of banking and front-end customer experience - and an understanding of fraud prevention and our modernized API-based architecture is a plus. This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

Job Description

• Owns the vision and definition of the product. Serves as the voice of the Customer. Ensures the Scrum Team(s) effort is concentrated on the right priorities based on business value.
• Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to ensure a successful product for business objectives.
• Accountable for the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog. Prioritizes and leads grooming of the product backlog.
• Works closely with the Scrum Master(s) and development team(s), to ensure the right items are focused on during the development process. Primary point of contact for questions from the team(s) and is empowered to make decisions.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $65,000.00 – $157,300.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
