Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Reading, PA is seeking a Salesforce Sales Cloud Product Owner to drive the future of its Salesforce ecosystem. You will own the Sales Cloud roadmap and work with business leaders to translate objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions.

This role requires 4+ years of Salesforce experience, strong PO/PM skills, and proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders. On-site three days a week in Reading, PA, with a focus on delivering high-value enterprise-wide

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce experience in a Product Manager, Business Analyst or advanced Admin position.
• Strong Product Owner/Product Management or Salesforce Business Analysis background with backlog and roadmap skills.
• Experience translating business objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions across functions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Salesforce Sales Cloud product roadmap.

• Define requirements, review user stories, and ensure clear acceptance criteria.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently based in Reading, PA or surrounding areas and able to go onsite 3 days a week in Reading, PA
• 4+ years of Salesforce experience (in a Product Manager, Business analyst or advanced Admin position)
• Strong Product Owner, Product Management, or Salesforce Business Analysis experience
• Experience managing stakeholders across multiple business functions
• Extensive experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud (combination of the three is highly preferred with Sales Cloud being a top preference)
• Ability to translate business objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Strong backlog prioritization and roadmap management skills
• Experience working within Agile environments
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (Highly Preferred)
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Plus)
