Job Summary

We’re seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, optimization, and day-to-day operations of our financial systems and tools. This high-impact role combines product thinking with a strong understanding of financial operations, working cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and other business teams to ensure that systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving improvements in technology that support core financial processes such as planning, reporting, and accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Financial Applications, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and drive alignment.
• Manage and support application configuration, business process optimization, and continuous system improvements.
• Oversee integrations and data flow across financial systems, working closely with technical teams to resolve issues and enhance performance.
• Monitor, triage, and manage support tickets (ServiceNow or similar), ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Lead the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards, enabling data-driven decision-making across Finance and Leadership teams.
• Identify opportunities for automation, improved workflows, and better user experience across the financial systems landscape.
• Act as the product evangelist for Workday, driving adoption, training, and change management.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, business systems analysis, preferably with a focus on financial applications.
• Strong understanding of financial business processes and the systems that support them.
• Experience managing or supporting integrations between enterprise systems and third-party tools.
• Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and the enhancement lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Workday Financial Modules is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
