Fragomen seeks a versatile Product Owner to drive design, development, and delivery of enterprise legal software at global scale. You will own products end-to-end—from discovery to adoption—partnering with legal, operations, and client-facing teams, and shaping roadmaps in a highly autonomous role.
You will prototype with AI-assisted tools, define success metrics, stay current on AI trends, and translate complex legal concepts for diverse stakeholders.
About Fragomen Fragomen is the world’s leading immigration services firm, exclusively dedicated to helping organizations and individuals navigate the complexities of global immigration. Founded in 1951 and headquartered in New York City, Fragomen has grown into a truly global practice with more than 6,000 professionals across 70+ offices, delivering services in over 170 countries. The firm provides end-to-end support across the full immigration lifecycle — from strategic planning, policy design, and case processing to compliance, government investigations, and litigation. Fragomen is consistently ranked among the Am Law 100 and Am Law Global 100, and its client base spans financial services, technology, life sciences, hospitality, and many other industries worldwide.
As Fragomen continues to invest in technology to power its legal and operational teams, the firm is building a modern product organization to deliver enterprise-grade case management and legal workflow platforms that support attorneys, paralegals, clients, and government‑facing processes at global scale.
We are looking for a versatile Product Owner to drive the design, development, and delivery of software solutions that power Fragomen’s legal enterprise — including case management systems and related platforms used by legal, operations, and client‑facing teams. This role sits at the intersection of legal practice, enterprise technology, and modern AI‑enabled product development. You will own products end‑to‑end: gathering requirements from legal and business stakeholders, shaping the roadmap, working closely with engineering to ship, and ensuring what you build genuinely improves how Fragomen’s teams and clients work. This is a highly autonomous role for someone who is comfortable owning outcomes, not just backlogs.
Join a firm that is 100% dedicated to immigration and trusted by the world’s leading organizations to manage global mobility. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how technology transforms legal case management at a global scale, working with modern AI tooling and a firm that is investing seriously in its product and engineering capabilities.
Fragomen is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
All offers and/or employment contracts are contingent upon the successful completion of the Firm’s pre‑employment screening process. This process may include verifying the candidate’s identity, confirming legal authorization to work in the offered position’s location, and conducting a comprehensive background check, where permitted by local regulations. We use limited AI‑assisted tools for administrative screening purposes only - never for decision‑making. All hiring decisions are made by people. Applicants may have rights to information and explanations regarding the use of such tools, or request human review, as required by applicable regional laws.
