Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, goals, and roadmap aligned with business strategy.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, customers, and SMEs to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
  • Drive product decisions based on customer needs, market trends, and business value.
  • Ensure alignment between product objectives and organizational goals.
  • Own and manage product backlog, prioritizing based on value, risk, and dependencies.
  • Create, refine, and maintain user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Continuously evaluate and reprioritize backlog items to maximize product outcomes.
  • Define and communicate sprint priorities to development teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Scrum teams regarding product requirements and priorities.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Clarify business requirements and remove ambiguities for delivery teams.
  • Accept or reject completed work based on predefined acceptance criteria.
  • Engage regularly with stakeholders, gather feedback, and translate needs into enhancements.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and product performance to senior leadership.
  • Define KPIs and track product performance to ensure customer-centric UX.

  • They will be covering SalesForce, Pega, IVR, Chat, Secure Message and Digital.
  • Experience deploying Gen AI solutions (i.e. custom LLMs and AWS/SF/Pega out of the box solutions).
