Job summary

KTek Resourcing is seeking an experienced Product Owner/Product Manager with strong Banking/Financial Services domain experience and hands-on Product Discovery expertise. You will own the product roadmap, epics, features, backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with UX, engineering, risk/compliance, and business stakeholders.

The role requires deep knowledge of Design Thinking, customer journey mapping, MVP/prototyping, and agile/scrum practices, plus excellent

• Experience leading discovery workshops with stakeholders and customers.
• Strong ability to map customer journeys and define MVP criteria.
• Proven track record delivering roadmaps, epics, features, and user stories in Agile environments.
