The Digital Product Owner manages the product backlog and delivery priorities to maximize business value. This role partners with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, support Agile delivery, drive product decisions, and contribute to dealer and customer-focused digital product strategies.
Gather and translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts.
Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value, balancing risk, dependencies, effort, and delivery timelines.
Ensure requirements meet business, regulatory, security, and operational needs.
Serve as the primary liaison between business, technology, operations, and leadership teams.
Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies to support successful delivery.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment, manage competing priorities, and make product decisions within assigned scope.
Coordinate release planning, testing, communications, training, and deployment readiness activities.
Track product performance, adoption, customer feedback, and key metrics to support continuous improvement.
Communicate delivery progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Partner with architecture, UX, data, security, and delivery teams to ensure scalable and effective solutions.
Manage dependencies, delivery risks, and vendor relationships to support successful implementation.
Support product roadmaps, business cases, and strategic initiatives that improve dealer and customer experiences.
Help translate business objectives into product priorities, features, and measurable outcomes.
5–7 years of experience in digital product management, business strategy, business analysis, or related roles.
Experience managing product backlogs, requirements, user stories, Agile delivery, and cross-functional initiatives.
Experience supporting product implementations, testing, releases, and process improvement efforts.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
SAFe Agile, Six Sigma, Salesforce, or related certifications preferred.
Strong understanding of product management, Agile methodologies, digital workflows, CRM platforms, and business process improvement.
Familiarity with customer journey mapping, personas, system integrations, and digital product ecosystems.
