Our client is looking for a strategic, customer-centric, and execution-focused Product Owner to evolve and scale our products with a focus on both content strategy and technical product development.

You’ll lead cross-functional efforts across engineering, design, content, and marketing to shape product experiences.

Responsibilities

Leadership Responsibilities/Duties

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead alignment across product, vendors, technology, and marketing to execute product vision and delivery.
• Strategic Execution: Build consensus for content and product direction and help drive coordinated execution across teams.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

• Create and execute product roadmaps and strategic initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Define and drive the content strategy — including content areas, format, tone, structure, and delivery mechanisms — to meet consumer needs and improve customer retention.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, utilizing research and feedback to translate user needs into requirements and roadmaps.
• Understand the tech stack and capabilities; deliver necessary enhancements.
• Establish & monitor KPIs to evaluate product performance and guide future improvements.
• Conduct market segmentation exercises to identify new opportunities and growth areas.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, with B2B and B2C experience.
• Strong background in content-driven products, editorial strategy, or content operations.
• Familiarity with technical product development, including working with APIs, CMS platforms, and personalization engines.
• Experience with agile methodologies and user research techniques.
• Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
