Position Overview Seeking an experienced and strategic ServiceNow Consultant to serve as the Product Owner for Knowledge Management. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in ServiceNow and a passion for driving knowledge strategy, governance, and user-centric solutions. You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end lifecycle of Knowledge Management within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable value.

Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary owner and strategic lead for Knowledge Management within ServiceNow.
* Define and prioritize product features based on business needs and user feedback.
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and align on objectives.
* Manage and groom the product backlog, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Oversee the creation and implementation of new knowledge bases and taxonomy structures.
* Ensure governance standards are met, maintaining content quality, consistency, and accessibility.
* Continuously optimize knowledge workflows to enhance discoverability and usability.
* Monitor key performance indicators and usage analytics to drive continuous improvement.
* Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Product Owner or Consultant in ServiceNow, with a focus on Knowledge Management.
* Strong understanding of HRSD and ServiceNow architecture, development, and administration.
* Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, including backlog management and sprint execution.
* Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive consensus.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience implementing and scaling knowledge bases in enterprise environments.
* Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and enterprise content strategies.
* ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist).
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
