Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Product Owner/Business Analyst to translate business objectives into scalable technical requirements. You will partner with Customer Success, Support Operations, and RevOps to design AI-first automations that drive speed and efficiency.

You’ll gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders, map data flows, and ensure data integrity across ticketing and PSA systems, leveraging BI tools to deliver measurable outcomes in a high-growth tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
• Background in consulting or a high-growth tech company.
• Ability to demonstrate a portfolio of AI first principles.
• Proven experience understanding the relationship between technology and users.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with BI tools.
• Exceptional ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
