TikTok Inc. is seeking a Product Manager - Project Intern (Global Monetization Product and Technology) for a 2027 start in Seattle. You will translate business needs into clear product requirements, support API/SDK development, and collaborate with engineering to deliver developer-focused improvements.

Competenze

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Academic background in computer science or related fields with technical experience or projects preferred.
• Interest in product management, developer platforms, APIs, SDKs, integrations, automation products, or workflow systems.
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning about APIs, authentication, request/response structures, integration patterns, developer workflows, and system interactions.
• Ability to break down ambiguous user, partner, or business needs into structured problem statements, product ideas, and actionable next steps.
• Able to intern for 3 months or longer; candidates available to work 5 days a week preferred.
• Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during winter.

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements; develop PRDs and align cross-functional teams and engineering on requirements and milestones.
• Support product planning and execution for ads integration and plugins across APIs, SDKs, tooling, documentation, sandbox, and debugging workflows.
• Partner with engineering to design and launch developer-facing product improvements including API capabilities, authentication flows, schemas, testing tools, and observability.
• Learn developers' needs and translate them into clear product requirements and prioritized opportunities.
• Assist with product discovery and analysis across external partners and internal stakeholders, including workflow research and feasibility assessment.
• Collaborate with partner-facing teams to identify integration pain points and opportunities to improve developer experience on TikTok's platform.
• Define and track success metrics for developer platform products (API adoption, integration quality, documentation, tooling usage, partner impact).
• Work across TikTok’s API surfaces (Marketing, Organic, Business Messaging) and emerging platform capabilities.
• Support cross-functional alignment on priorities, needs, tradeoffs, and launch readiness.
• Create product documents, requirements, analyses, and internal enablement materials.
