Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Financial Services, Operations, Client Services, Technology Support, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting clients, business partners, or users through phone, email, or service channels.
• Experience processing operational requests with accuracy and established procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Oracle, Documentum, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and support to financial advisors, staff, and internal partners via phone, email, and channels.
• Process requests to add/modify/remove access to advisor technology platforms and applications.
• Support first-contact resolution by guiding users through processes and navigation.
• Provide application support for proprietary and third-party solutions, including troubleshooting access issues.
• Develop expertise in CTM-supported products and services.
• Deliver training and share operational knowledge with processing and service teams.
• Lead meetings on product enhancements, process improvements, projects, and updates.
• Perform product reconciliation, data analysis, reporting, and information gathering.
• Communicate product requirements, procedures, and compliance guidelines to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Tech Support, Registration, Onboarding, and other partners.
