Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Product Operations Associate in San Diego to support advisor technology platforms and services. You’ll process tech access requests, respond to advisor inquiries, provide application support, and ensure operations align with firm policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Financial Services, Operations, Client Services, Technology Support or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience supporting clients, partners, or users via phone, email, or service channels.
• Experience processing operational requests with accuracy and adherence to procedures.
• Ability to analyze information, troubleshoot issues, and communicate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality service and support to financial advisors, staff, and internal partners via phone, email, and operational channels.
• Process requests to add, modify, or remove access to advisor technology platforms and applications.
• Support first‑contact resolution by guiding users through processes and platform navigation.
• Offer application support for proprietary and third‑party tech solutions, troubleshooting access issues.
• Develop CTM product knowledge to assist advisors and internal stakeholders with tech needs.
• Deliver training and knowledge sharing to processing and service teams.
• Lead meetings on product enhancements, process improvements, and operational updates.
• Perform data analysis, reporting, and information gathering as needed.
• Communicate product requirements and compliance guidelines to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Tech Support, Registration, New Client Onboarding, and other partners.
