Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Financial Services, Operations, Client Services, Technology Support, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience supporting clients, business partners, or users via phone, email, or service channels.
• Experience processing operational requests with accuracy and procedures.
• Ability to analyze information, troubleshoot issues, and communicate solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service and support to financial advisors, staff, and internal partners via phone, email, and operational channels.
• Process requests to add, modify, or remove access to advisor technology platforms and applications.
• Support first-contact resolution by guiding users through processes and platform navigation.
• Provide application support for proprietary and third-party technology solutions, troubleshooting access issues.
• Develop expertise in CTM products and services to assist advisors and stakeholders.
• Deliver training and share operational knowledge with processing and service teams.
• Lead meetings on product enhancements, process improvements, and projects.
• Perform data analysis, reporting, and information gathering as needed.
• Communicate product requirements and compliance guidelines to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Tech Support, Registration, New Client Onboarding, and other partners.
