LPL Financial's Client Technology Management (CTM) organization seeks a Product Operations Associate to support advisor technology platforms and services. You will process technology access requests, respond to advisor inquiries, provide application support, and ensure compliance with firm policies.

This role offers cross-platform exposure, collaboration with multiple teams, and opportunities to contribute to an enhanced advisor experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Financial Services, Operations, Client Services, Technology Support, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting clients, business partners, or users through phone, email, or operational service channels.
• Experience processing operational requests while maintaining accuracy and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service and support to financial advisors, advisor staff, and internal business partners via phone, email, and operations channels.
• Process requests to add, modify, or remove access to advisor technology platforms and applications.
• Support first-contact resolution by assisting users with technology processes and platform navigation.
• Provide application support for proprietary and third-party technology solutions, including troubleshooting access issues.
• Develop and maintain expertise in CTM-supported products and services to assist advisors and internal stakeholders.
