You will assist in data collection, documentation, and project tasks under guidance, using Jira, Trello, Google Docs, Confluence, and PowerBI to improve visibility and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or 0–1 years in related fields, strong analytical thinking, and a willingness to learn how day-to-day work supports broader team goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 0-1 years in Product Operations or related field.
• Foundational analysis and project management skills.
• Familiar with Jira, Trello, and documentation tools.
• Ability to support internal process reviews and simple tasks.
• Experience collecting data, researching, and documenting workflows.
• Ability to track project deliverables using existing tools.
• Willingness to operate under direct supervision initially.
• Familiarity with basic analytics platforms (Pendo, PowerBI).
