Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (e.g., pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members to create a fun and productive shift atmosphere.
• Monitor product levels and support sell-through strategy and product availability.
• Review daily business data to inform actions and pricing recommendations.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process, onboarding, and training.
• Lead on the floor as Supervisor on Duty to deliver a world-class guest experience.
