Job summary

Neura Health seeks a Product Operations Manager to own the roadmap, requirements, and tooling for a growing virtual neurology platform. You will write PRDs, define scoping, prioritization, and measurement, and manage engineering velocity in a fast-moving clinical-tech environment.

You will drive build-vs-buy decisions, lead AI and automation initiatives, and ship features that boost patient follow-up and provider efficiency. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role at scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, incl. 2+ years in a high-growth startup.
• Portfolio of PRDs showing clear user-centered objectives and outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with Linear, Jira, Notion or equivalents.
• Strong build-vs-buy judgment and vendor evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product roadmap across patient-facing, provider-facing, partner-facing, and internal ops tools.
• Write PRDs with clear problem statements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Build the product management system and establish cadence (backlog grooming, sprint planning, progress tracking).
• Drive build-vs-buy decisions with rigorous vendor evaluation and integration scoping.
• Ship features that improve visit retention and follow-up rates and optimize provider workflows.
• Improve provider workflow efficiency with better templates, handoffs, and AI-assisted documentation.
• Train and empower Support Teams on new product updates and processes.
• Own customer satisfaction metrics and translate feedback into improvements.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives to reduce manual work and extend provider reach.
• Partner with engineering and ops to align business needs with technical delivery.
