Job summary

Acxiom is seeking an Intern - Product Manager to join the Real Identity Product Team. You will help advise a comprehensive product strategy from conception through end of life and work closely with design, development, QA, marketing, and distribution.

The internship involves hands-on engagement with engineering to develop capabilities, support client engagements, and maintain product standards. Start date is Jan 11, 2027, with 20-25 hours per week during the semester.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, Technical Business or equivalent.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Interest in AI concepts (Examples: MCP servers, APIs, Agent prompt crafting)
• Interest in Martech or Adtech.

Responsibilities

• Learn about all Real Identity product capabilities at Acxiom by acting as the Product level first line of response to internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to building product business plans to drive revenue and rationalize investment
• Contribute to creating product road maps and write user stories and requirements
• Implement product development plan as a hands-on partner with engineering
• Work closely with delivery to ensure product operations and delivery capabilities are addressed
• Crafts recommendations on ongoing product fitness based on financial and client satisfaction metrics
