Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Product Operations Intern to join the Product organization and help plan, coordinate, measure, and improve product and technology initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience across product operations, data analysis, workflow automation, and strategic research while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data, and other teams.

This internship runs from January 11, 2027, with 20–29 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours per week during summer and breaks.

Qualifications

• Pursuing at least a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration with internal partners.
• Experience leading or contributing to project teams in educational or professional settings.
• Detail-oriented with persistence and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support product and program planning with milestones, risks, decisions, dependencies, and actions.
• Assist with recurring operational reporting, dashboards, OKR updates, and leadership materials.
• Analyze data to identify trends, capacity concerns, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Support project setup across Workday, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Slack, Teams.
• Manage Workday project info like resources, hours, end dates, stages, attributes.
• Review allocations and identify potential conflicts or overallocations.
• Develop product requirements, process maps, and project docs.
• Document workflows for product, platform, data, partners, and integrations.
• Support workflow automation and ethical AI use to improve reporting and productivity.
• Conduct market, partner, ecosystem, and competitive research to guide decisions.
• Create playbooks, training resources, and enablement materials.
• Support governance activities, reviews, and audits.
• Coordinate meetings, document decisions, and track actions.
• Review status reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Provide coverage during absences and team needs.
• Support Product Operations initiatives and professional development programs.
• Complete and present an internship project with measurable outcomes.
