Job summary

Niterra North America, Inc. is seeking a Product Specialist to support the Product team by managing workflows and producing SAP-based reports. You will help run product lines daily, conduct market research, and develop product programs to support growth objectives.

The role is hybrid in Wixom, MI, with responsibilities spanning competitive analysis, data management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive marketing and sales success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive industry experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with data, marketing, and/or statistical processes.
• Ability to understand Niterra products, materials, and applications.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel) and Google Workspace.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Launch and actively monitor new workflow processes, ensuring tasks progress smoothly and efficiently.
• Communicate regularly with task owners to track status, identify potential delays, and proactively resolve bottlenecks to keep deliverables on schedule.
• Generate and analyze routine workflow status reports to maintain visibility and monitor key performance metrics.
• Use SAP Analyzer to generate and analyze detailed sales reports by product line, monitoring performance metrics and revenue trends.
• Run routine SAP reports on inventory levels, pricing structures, and order and workflow statuses to maintain operational visibility.
• Support day-to-day management and progress of assigned product lines, including competitive analysis and product research.
• Assist the Product team with planning, organizing, maintaining, and controlling product data across all product lines to support marketing, sales, and growth objectives.
• Participate in executing product strategies, market and product research, and product development initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Product team to develop and deliver product programs and data addressing customer needs and market opportunities.
• Help develop, analyze, and communicate quality and customer satisfaction reports.
• Develop competitive analysis materials that evaluate products against key competitors and identify market opportunities.
• Travel as necessary to support business needs.
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as applicable.
