Job summary

Everlane in Los Angeles is seeking a Product Operations Coordinator to support our Supply Chain team through end-to-end sample and PO processes, from raw material sourcing to sample tracking. You will manage purchase orders, assist data management, and track development and marketing samples.

Reporting to the Product Development Senior Manager, you will own PO creation, ensure cost accuracy, and collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Sustainability, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in purchase order management, sample tracking, or product development coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage all samples across the supply chain—from early development to final TOPs and Creative samples.
• Track and receive samples from factories and mills; manage sample packages in and out of HQ.
• Enter and maintain accurate raw material data across systems to support product and material tracking.
• Assist in issuing and tracking sample yardage POs with mills and factories.
• Build cross-functional relationships with Design, Merchandising, Sustainability, and Quality teams.
