Heilind Mil-Aero in Lumberton, New Jersey, seeks a Detail-oriented Product Coordinator to support Product Managers and Sales, manage data in systems, and drive margin growth. You will handle pricing updates, BOM templates, supplier contracts, quotes, and cross-reference requests while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely communication with internal teams.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel and MS Office skills, are organized, customer-focused, and able to balance multiple priorities

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer facing or related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain knowledge of supplier policies, procedures, contacts, and products.
• Respond to standard price and delivery requests from sales and product teams.
• Load, maintain, update, and renew supplier contracts.
• Process cross reference requests from sales and Product Managers.
• Manage sample requests and related documentation.
• Load parts and maintain accurate system data.
• Support literature, specifications, and supplier print requests.
• Conduct distributor stock checks and part searches.
• Support quote requests with timely and accurate responses.
• Assist with opportunity tracker administration.
• Become trained on Quote Accelerator functionality, including managing quotes, maintaining related documentation, tracking requests, communicating status updates, supporting contract and pricing renewals, and assisting Product Managers with special projects.
• Update supplier pricing, lead times, and bill of materials templates.
• Run reports to identify expired pricing or contracts and assist with renewals.
• Assist Product Managers with quote accelerator requests and special projects.
• Cross train with peers to expand product and supplier knowledge.
• Serve as backup support to Product Managers as needed, including coverage during absences.
• Participate in supplier training sessions with sales and attend training as available.
• Communicate and elevate issues to Product Managers as appropriate.
