Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and multi-workstream management.

• Strong interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of change initiatives across the PXT ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain change management artifacts and tracking tools.
• Document personas and assess change impact for rollout timing.
• Coordinate communications, training sessions, and retrospectives.
• Track adoption metrics, KPIs, and sentiment; flag risks and adjust strategies.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate communications and planning templates.
• Stay current on AI capabilities and share insights with the team.
• Draft audience-appropriate communications for project teams and leaders.
• Capture stakeholder feedback and provide regular progress updates.
• Propose improvements to processes, templates, and tools; foster continuous improvement.
• Work effectively in a matrixed organization and build cross-team relationships.
