Job summary

Vetcove, a fast-growing veterinary software company, is seeking a Product Operations Associate to help keep our product teams running smoothly across product, engineering, design, and customer-facing groups. You will translate user feedback into actionable insights and support launches as we scale.

You will develop operational expertise in a mission-driven environment, collaborating with teams and working with data to inform decisions and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-4+ years in product operations, business operations, or related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Experience with spreadsheets, dashboards, or basic analytics tools.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity about technology and how software products are built and used.
• Bonus: exposure to SaaS, healthcare or veterinary tech, or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate go-to-market activities with product launches.
• Coordinate discussions with integration partners and engineering.
• Synthesize user feedback into patterns to inform product decisions.
• Maintain product documentation including PRDs, user stories, release notes.
• Track KPIs and generate regular reports.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, cross-team communication.
• Assist with QA: bugs, edge cases, acceptance criteria.
