About the Role
We are looking for a strong NYC-based generalist to join a high execution team of former investment bankers and investors willing to think critically about contractual language and structure offshore workflows while being meticulous and process-oriented. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately processing contracts on behalf of our clients, extracting key terms and pricing information to compute invoices for merchants. You will work on product workflows and professional services that level up our clients ability to hand over their billing operations to Tabs and capture greater portions of the value chain. Your attention to detail and operational excellence will be critical.

What You’ll Do
Engagement Management:
Build relationships with our merchants, setting clear expectations, verify the accuracy and completeness of workflows with them
Work through building business processes with merchant to better set up maximum value deliver while using Tabs
Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities to streamline contract processing workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Develop and implement standardized procedures and tools to enhance productivity and accuracy in contract processing.
Leverage technology solutions and automation tools to optimize manual processes and reduce turnaround times.
Workflow Creation and Delivery:
Intake, prioritize, and manage the Product Operations roadmap to ensure alignment with company growth objectives and evolving client needs.
Conceive, scope, and implement end-to-end workflows that meet client needs, support automation, improve efficiency, and meet client-facing SLAs/Accuracy objectives. Continuously experiment and iterate on processes to enhance delivery speed and customer satisfaction.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree
3-7+ years of experience as an investment banking analyst, private equity, or growth equity with potentially high growth startup experience as well
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Proficiency in data entry and analysis, with experience using tools such as SQL, Excel, or Google Sheets (can run a deliverable process end to end)
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Comfortable working to understand complex ERP/General Ledger systems such as Netsuite, Quickbooks, and Sage
