• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting email marketing, content marketing, or demand generation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content for demand generation and advertising campaigns
• Create copy for digital ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing assets
• Write blog posts, newsletter articles, customer stories, and product-focused content
• Interview subject matter experts to uncover insights and develop compelling narratives
• Translate technical and industry-specific concepts into audience-friendly content
• Maintain and manage content calendars and publishing schedules
• Support customer communication initiatives, newsletters, and account bulletins
• Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns focused on customer retention and growth
• Assist with product launches, promotions, and thought leadership initiatives
• Coordinate marketing collateral updates and campaign assets
• Collaborate with product marketing, product management, demand generation, and customer success teams
• Ensure timely delivery of content across multiple projects and deadlines
