Job summary

Medartis is seeking a Product Manager to lead downstream marketing for KeriMedical devices in the U.S. The role starts remote with a planned move to Miami, FL in mid-2027, offering exposure to international markets and cross-functional teams.

You will develop marketing strategies, define value propositions, and collaborate across Medical Education, Sales, Clinical Excellence and Research to drive growth and market share in orthopaedics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of medical device product management experience.
• Orthopedic surgery experience encouraged.

The Product Manager is involved in all aspects of downstream marketing of KeriMedical products. Responsible for overall segment and product marketing strategy on a domestic basis including developing and implementing commercialization plans to support company sales objectives.

*This role will initially be remote, with the expectation that the position will transition to being based in Miami, Florida, in mid-2027.*

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, such as increasing market share, revenue growth, and brand recognition in the medical device sector
• Define and communicate the value proposition of the company's medical devices, ensuring a clear and compelling message to target audiences
• Conduct extensive market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging industry trends, and use this information to refine marketing strategies
• Collaborate Medical Education, Sales/Sales Training, Clinical Excellence, and Clinical Research teams
• Work with KeriMedical corporate marketing to enhance initiatives, including website management, social media, email campaigns

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, MBA preferred
• 5+ years experience in medical device product management required
• Orthopedic surgery (extremities, adult recon, sports medicine, or trauma) experience highly encouraged
• Strong knowledge of medical device regulations, compliance, and quality standards
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Up to 50% of travel
• Ability to travel and work on weekends to support corporate events and activities

• Ability to work in a lab and/or operating room environment is required
