Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать позиционирование и сообщение для Web3 продуктов (Vision Chain, Vision Wallet, Tokenization, DeFi) для розничных клиентов, институтов и партнеров.
• Управлять календарем запусков Web3, координировать партнерские и экосистемные релизы.
• Планировать и писать клиентские кампании по email, push, in-app и соцсетям, разъяснять токенизированные и on-chain продукты и их риски.
• Создавать материалы по позиционированию и продажам для команд развития бизнеса с банками и институциональными клиентами.
• Планировать совместные анонсы и кейсы с институтами и партнерами.
• Работать с юридической и комплаенс на ранних стадиях, обеспечивая четкость и корректность сообщений.

Bitpanda operates an investment platform that enables customers to invest in cryptocurrencies, crypto indices, stocks, precious metals, and commodities. Its products include Vision Chain, an OP Stack L2 blockchain, and Web3 products for investors, financial institutions, and developers.

Задачи:

• Write positioning and messaging for Web3 products, including Vision Chain, Vision Wallet, Tokenization, DeFi products in the Bitpanda app, and future Web3 product verticals, for retail customers, institutions, and partners
• Run the Web3 launch calendar, including partner and ecosystem launches on Vision Chain, and brief central marketing, CRM, in-app, localization, and PR teams
• Plan and write customer campaigns across email, push, in-app, and social to explain tokenized and onchain products and their risks
• Build positioning and sales materials for business development teams working with banks, asset managers, and partners
• Plan joint announcements and case studies with institutions and partners
• Work with Legal and Compliance from the first draft to ensure messages are clear, fair, and accurate
• Set success measures before each launch and report adoption, retention, and revenue with the data team

Требования:

• Typically 6+ years of product marketing experience, including experience in a regulated financial business or a crypto firm working under MiCA
• Understand how MiCA, MiFID, and EU consumer credit rules shape product messaging
• Have launched crypto or investing products and can explain wallets, L2 networks, stablecoins, and tokenized assets in plain language
• Have run partner launches or built materials used by sales or business development teams
• Write copy, run launches through teams you do not manage, and have built a marketing process from scratch
• Use AI tools, verify claims, set launch measures, and analyze activation and retention
