Job summary

isolved, a leader in HCM technology, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager in the United States to own differentiated positioning and messaging for our solutions. You will work closely with product management, sales and marketplace partners to refine launches and drive demand and adoption.

You will develop and execute GTM plans, create compelling content (whitepapers, videos) and sales tools, and enable our direct and partner sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years in product marketing, partner marketing, product management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of subscription-based B2B software and services.
• Familiar with integrated marketing campaigns, competitive intelligence, differentiation, pricing and packaging, sales enablement.
• Ability to work independently and be a team player.
• Excellent written and visual presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; detail oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Develop differentiated positioning and messaging for products, services, and marketplace partners.
• Lead creation of tools and materials supporting demand and adoption.
• Create collateral and sales pitches along with content (whitepapers, videos) to generate awareness and enable sales.
• Enable direct and partner sales through training and sales tools.
• Collaborate with product management and marketplace partner managers as a key stakeholder.
• Present strategy to internal/external audiences and promote isolved externally.
• Support GTM definition to ideal customer profiles and buyer personas.
