Perplexity seeks a Product Marketing Manager, API to bridge our API product reality with market impact. You will craft the external narrative of the developer platform, showcase what’s possible with the Perplexity API, and run campaigns that drive developer adoption and platform growth.

You will turn ambiguity into a clear point of view, partner with engineering and marketing, and own success metrics from signups to activation and revenue.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product marketing, with end-to-end launches.
• Experience marketing to developers, technical buyers, or API/platform products.
• Strong ability to translate complex concepts into simple, provable narratives.

Responsibilities

• Translate product capabilities into a crisp market POV and audience.
• Shape the platform narrative for developers and build use-case showcases.
• Own metrics for developer platform adoption: signups, activations, and revenue.
• Plan and run integrated campaigns across owned and paid channels.
• Coordinate launches with cross-functional teams and measure success.
