Responsibilities:
As a Product Marketing Manager at Clootrack, you will be a key player in shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy for our customer analytics product. Your responsibilities will include:
- Market Research:
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
- Gather insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies.
- Product Positioning and Messaging:
- Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with target enterprise audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product features and customer benefits.
- Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases.
- Define target customer segments and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- Collateral Development:
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including product presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and sales enablement tools.
- Ensure messaging consistency across channels.
- Sales Enablement:
- Support sales teams with tools and training to effectively communicate product value.
- Customer Advocacy:
- Build relationships with key customers, turning success stories into testimonials and case studies.
- Identify opportunities for advocacy initiatives to enhance brand credibility.
- Competitive Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide insights to inform product strategy.
- Performance Measurement:
- Establish KPIs to measure marketing success.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (4-6 years) in product marketing, especially for enterprise products.
- Strong understanding of SaaS industry and customer analytics.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
