Responsibilities:

As a Product Marketing Manager at Clootrack, you will be a key player in shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy for our customer analytics product. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Market Research:
    • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
    • Gather insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies.
  2. Product Positioning and Messaging:
    • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with target enterprise audiences.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product features and customer benefits.
  3. Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases.
    • Define target customer segments and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
  4. Collateral Development:
    • Create compelling marketing collateral, including product presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and sales enablement tools.
    • Ensure messaging consistency across channels.
  5. Sales Enablement:
    • Support sales teams with tools and training to effectively communicate product value.
  6. Customer Advocacy:
    • Build relationships with key customers, turning success stories into testimonials and case studies.
    • Identify opportunities for advocacy initiatives to enhance brand credibility.
  7. Competitive Analysis:
    • Monitor and analyze competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Provide insights to inform product strategy.
  8. Performance Measurement:
    • Establish KPIs to measure marketing success.
    • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (4-6 years) in product marketing, especially for enterprise products.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS industry and customer analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Successful track record of product launches.
