Position Overview

Talent Groups is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for a leading publicly traded AI and enterprise SaaS company serving investment management, private capital, and professional services firms.

The organization provides AI powered platforms that help investment firms manage deal flow, strengthen client relationships, improve operational efficiency, and manage risk. Its solutions support more than 1,000 private capital and investment banking firms, combining established deal and relationship management technology with emerging AI capabilities.

This role will own product marketing strategy for a portfolio of AI driven solutions, translating complex enterprise technology into compelling business value for senior buyers.

The ideal candidate brings strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to develop effective product positioning and go to market strategies.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B Product Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Solutions Marketing, or a related role within enterprise software or SaaS.
• Proven experience developing product positioning, messaging, and go to market strategies.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex technology and business concepts into compelling value propositions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations and storytelling.
• Commercial acumen and understanding of how product positioning influences revenue, adoption, and business performance.
• Experience collaborating cross functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership.
• Ability to understand technical product capabilities and communicate their business value without an engineering background.
• Strong research skills and the ability to turn market intelligence into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated track record of improving product positioning, marketing effectiveness, or commercial outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing enterprise SaaS, AI software, CRM, workflow automation, or business development platforms.
• Exposure to financial services, private equity, private capital, investment banking, or Real Assets.
• Experience in complex or highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with AI driven enterprise applications and emerging technology commercialization.
• Experience within a mid sized or large software organization.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
