Job summary

TalentPluto, Inc. is seeking a Product Marketing Manager in New York, NY. This role leads marketing for an enterprise AI security product, owning messaging, launches, events, and community initiatives to unblock the sales motion.

You’ll work closely with the founding team to shape positioning for enterprise buyers, build multi-channel programs from scratch, and drive data-driven decisions to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing at fast-growing B2B SaaS, infrastructure, or AI companies with a proven track record.
• Experience building multi-channel programs from scratch in an early-stage environment.
• Deep understanding of enterprise marketing.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual storytelling.
• Data-driven approach to marketing decisions.

The Opportunity

Our partner is hiring its first Product Marketing Manager, a zero-to-one builder who will own marketing end to end as a team of one, with room to scale the team later. This role is a top priority for the company and directly unblocks the sales motion.

You will shape how a technically sophisticated product is positioned to enterprise buyers, from messaging and launches to community and events, working closely with the founding team.
