Job summary

GeoWealth is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support the planning, launch, and adoption of new products and platform enhancements. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role sits at the center of Marketing, Product, and Sales, translating product capabilities into clear positioning and go-to-market plans.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple cross-functional workstreams—from early-stage definition to collateral development and post-launch performance

Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years in product management or product marketing in fintech/SaaS.
  • Strong go-to-market, product positioning, and campaign execution.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales.
  • Experience supporting pricing, segmentation, or product analytics.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems, and digital campaign tools.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Asana, HubSpot, and similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and ability to translate concepts into messaging.
  • Strong project management and organization; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Marketing, Finance, or Business.

Responsibilities

SCHEDULE:

Employees are expected to maintain a hybrid in-office schedule.

SALARY RANGE:

$115,000 – 145,000 base salary, commensurate with experience. Performance bonus opportunities may be available.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support the successful planning, launch, and adoption of new products and platform enhancements. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role sits at the center of Marketing, Product, and Sales, translating product capabilities into clear positioning, actionable go-to-market plans, compelling marketing campaigns, and measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple cross-functional workstreams—from early-stage product definition, to collateral development, and through post-launch performance analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Planning, Insights & Market Readiness
  • Project management of end-to-end product launch workflows, including timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder coordination across multiple departments.
  • Partner with team of Product Managers to define and refine business cases, including high-level revenue models, demand assumptions, and forecasting inputs.
  • Contribute to product pricing frameworks and channel segmentation recommendations in partnership with leadership.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive intelligence to identify product value propositions, opportunities, risks, and differentiation points.
  • Gather and synthesize voice of customer, partner, and sales feedback to inform product positioning and prioritization.
  • Ensure every product release is thoughtfully planned, effectively communicated, successfully brought to market, and adopted by clients.
  • Support the development of GTM strategies and requirements for new products, features, and enhancements based on a tiered client structure.
  • Build and manage structured GTM plans and documents, including target audiences, use cases, channel strategies, and more.
  • Build and define product-level KPIs in partnership with a team of Product Managers (e.g., adoption, engagement, pipeline contribution) in alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure all teams are aligned and informed ahead of product launches.
  • Establish and support the sales readiness model, including internal training sessions, sales communication preparation, objection handling guides, etc.
Marketing, Content & Campaign Execution
  • Along with the rest of the Marketing Team, plan and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive mindshare and sales pipeline.
  • Drive the development and coordination of internal content, such as sales decks, demo scripts, FAQs, videos, and training materials.
  • Support the development and coordination of external content, such as product one-pagers, landing pages, release notes, and multimedia campaign assets.
  • Support channel marketing strategy and distribution across email, web, social, paid media, and events.
  • Ensure all materials are consistent, compliant, and aligned with GeoWealth’s brand and messaging standards.
Performance Tracking & Post-Launch Optimization
  • Track product launch performance against defined KPIs, including adoption, engagement, and revenue contribution.
  • Partner with stakeholders on an ongoing basis to document and analyze results in order to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct post-launch reviews to capture insights, refine GTM strategies, and improve future launches.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
  • 3–6+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or fintech/SaaS commercialization roles.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and campaign execution.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
  • Experience supporting pricing, segmentation, or product analytics initiatives.
  • Understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and digital campaign tools.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Asana, HubSpot, and similar tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear messaging and materials.
