The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple cross-functional workstreams—from early-stage product definition, to collateral development, and through post-launch performance analysis.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Product Planning, Insights & Market Readiness
  • Project management of end-to-end product launch workflows, including timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder coordination across multiple departments.
  • Partner with team of Product Managers to define & refine business cases, including high-level revenue models, demand assumptions, and forecasting inputs.
  • Contribute to product pricing frameworks and channel segmentation recommendations in partnership with leadership.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive intelligence to identify product value proposition, opportunities, risks, and differentiation points.
  • Gather and synthesize voice of customer, partner, and sales feedback to inform product positioning and prioritization.
  • Ensure every product release is thoughtfully planned, effectively communicated, successfully brought to market, and adopted by clients.
  • Support the development of GTM strategies and requirements for new products, features, and enhancements based on a tiered client structure.
  • Build and manage structured GTM plans and documents, including target audiences, use cases, channel strategies, and more.
  • Build and define product-level KPIs in partnership with a team of Product Managers (e.g., adoption, engagement, pipeline contribution) in alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure all teams are aligned and informed ahead of product launches.
  • Establish and support the sales readiness model, including internal training sessions, sales communication preparation, objection handling guides, etc.
Marketing, Content & Campaign Execution

  • Support channel marketing strategy and distribution across email, web, social, paid media, and events.
  • Ensure all materials are consistent, compliant, and aligned with GeoWealth’s brand and messaging standards.
Performance Tracking & Post-Launch Optimization
  • Track product launch performance against defined KPIs, including adoption, engagement, and revenue contribution.
  • Ongoing partnership with stakeholders to document and analyze results in order to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct post-launch reviews to capture insights, refine GTM strategies and improve future launches.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
