Job summary

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a Product Marketing Engineer Intern to join our San Jose team onsite.

The intern will support product marketing with research, communications, and pricing insights while gaining hands-on experience under experienced engineers and leadership. You will collaborate with IC design, field applications, and marketing to ensure successful product launches and customer engagements, with opportunities to present findings to senior leadership.

• Ability to balance strong technical and problem solving skills with solid relationship-building capabilities in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Research MPS company, power products and technology.
• Learn to coordinate with IC design, field applications, factory applications and marketing communications to ensure timely product launches.
• Learn how to drive pricing strategy for each product based on its function and application value.
• Handle inquiries for MPS products from field sales, applications engineers and customers via phone or email.
• Present project summary and results to senior leadership.
